Most of my stories will focus on the Buffy/Angel pairing because, frankly, that's what turned my interest in the fandom into an obsession. However, I've recently completed my first non-B/A fanfic, all about Spike, "Bitter Wind" and there will more fanfic to follow, hopefully soon!

"Nightmare Before Christmas" Character: Angel, season 3ish (AtS)

Angel cried out, nearly scaring the shit out of the assembled members of Angel Investigations. It was times like these that Angel’s friends remembered that he was indeed a vampire, as the inhuman sounds reverberated around the marble hallway of the Hyperion lobby.
It had happened so suddenly. One minute Angel had seemed to enjoy the happy goings on in preparation for Christmas, decorating the tree, the festive music, the aroma of Fred’s homemade gingerbread cookies and chocolate candies. Then he’d abruptly bolted back to his rooms and slammed the door.
Now, they stood on the threshold, unsure whether to intercede or leave him alone. Carefully, Lorne stepped inside, shaking the vampire who was curled up on the bed, hugging a stuffed animal. He whispered “You okay, Angelcakes?”
A moment later Angel’s steel-like hand gripped Lorne around the neck. “You did this!”
“What?” Lorne croaked - rubbing his throat, glancing at Wesley who was now aiming a tranq gun at Angel’s chest.
“I can’t make it stop! It … won’t leave me in peace!” Angel muttered, pounding his fists into to mattress.
Lorne blinked, confused. “I don’t understand. Is it a nightmare?”
"No!" Angel groaned, breathing heavily as if in pain, and launched into the refrain.
“Rockin’ around the Christmas tree – at the Christmas party hop..."
He looked up, helpless. “I can’t get rid of this stupid song that’s stuck in my head!”
